"Animal Magic" is our theme for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. Not sure what my brain was up to on this one, but my first thought was to make a Chicken Whisperer.
The background is made from acrylic paint and Tim's Gradient Dot stencil with some doodling from Prima Water Soluble Oil Pastels. I also used some of Tim's Washi tape in the background, though mostly just for texture build-up. I used some collage scraps, stamped and fussy-cut the chicken, added some stars and built up a circular frame with Altenew's Mid-Century Frame die. I colored a paper doll with the aforementioned oil pastels, made her a hat and glued her onto the frame. I typed out "Chicken Whisperer" on my We R Memory Keepers typewriter (because, shocker, I didn't have a pre-made "Chicken Whisperer" sticker).
