Another week has come and gone and we find ourselves in December! I decided to go with some tree tags to fulfill this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog theme of adding some sparkle. We're also using Brutus Monroe products.
I started by cutting some tags out of Strathmore Mixed Media paper and adding some acrylic paint to them.
Next I added some snow using white acrylic paint and the Simon Says Stamp Falling Snow stencil.
I drizzled on some Neon Pink Aqua Pigment and spritzed it with water.
I added more white paint onto the tags to tone down the background in preparation of adding my trees.
I cut triangles out of patterned paper, outlined them with a Sharpie, and glued them to the tags. I heat-embossed silver around the edges. All that was left was to stamp on the sentiments and add some die-cut snowflakes. Done!
