My Cards and Tags: Snow Tag using Tim Holtz's Voltage Die

"Weather" is this week's theme over at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog and we are also highlighting Tim Holtz products.  I decided to go with snow (since it's MARCH and I'm still seeing it fall-- eye roll).  I do love how beautiful everything looks, though, under a fresh coat of white fluff.

I made this tag with the new Tim Holtz Voltage die in the background.  It seems so versatile!  Then I had to go with some of his Paper Dolls (I must be on a paper doll kick) and added some accessories to keep these dapper dudes dry.  I colored them just a bit with Distress Crayons.  The snow was made by using white paint through two different stencils: Simon Says Stamp's Falling Snow and My Favorite Thing's Confetti Stencil Set.
